State Primary Standard of Temperature Unit for Infrared Radiation in the Range from 692.67 to 1234.93 K
The state primary standard of the temperature unit for infrared radiation in the range from 692.67 K to 1234.93 K DETU 06-07-04 in the specified temperature range implements the temperature scale in terms of contactless thermometry, taking into account the requirements of the document on methods of approximation of the international temperature scale 90 . The standard is designed to reproduce, store and transmit the size of a unit of temperature to the reference and working means of measuring equipment.
The reproduction of a unit of temperature is carried out by reproducing the temperature at the reference points of temperature, which are based on well-reproducible phase transitions corresponding to the melting point or crystallization of pure metals.
The standard includes a set of models of absolutely black body (ABB) at the phase transitions of high-purity metals - Zn, Al, and Ag, which are graphite crucibles with a reference metal and an ABB cavity. A variable temperature ABB emitter and a reference pyrometer-comparator with an operating sensitivity band in the infrared range are used to construct the temperature scale.
Contactless measuring instruments of temperature in the specified temperature range are used in the following areas: coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, mechanical engineering, electric power, agriculture, transport industry, which also includes pipeline transport, energy saving technologies, food and pharmaceutical industries, medicine, ecology, mono environment, etc.
