State Primary Standard of Color Coordinate Units and Chromaticity Coordinates
The state primary standard of color coordinate units and chromaticity coordinates is intended for reproduction and storage of color coordinate units and chromaticity coordinates, as well as for transmission, size of these units to working standards and measuring equipment used in Ukraine, in order to ensure unity and reliability. measurements. The National Research Center "Institute of Metrology" performs independent reproduction of color coordinate units and chromaticity coordinates according to the definition. Reproduction is performed by measuring spectral transmittance, reflection or energy brightness and subsequent calculations. Measurements are performed on two separate devices - to determine the color coordinates and color coordinates of self-luminous and transparent objects and to determine the color coordinates and color coordinates of reflective objects.
