State Primary Standard Unit of Optical Density of Materials

Reproduction and maintenance of the unit of diffuse, integral and effective optical densities in the transmitted and reflected light. Transferring of sizes of optical density units of the materials in the transmitted and reflected light to the working standards and working instruments by means of the method of direct measurements in accordance with DSTU 4086-2001 “Metrology. National verification scheme for measuring instruments of optical density of the materials”.
