Main Center Service of Universal Time and Reference Frequencies (hereinafter referred to as the STF) established in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On metrology and metrological activity" (Section 2 Article 9) [Read more]. STF activity is regulated by "Regulation on the State Service of Universal Time and Reference Frequencies", approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 2.09.2015 number 664.

1) Structural subdivision of the National Research Center “Institute of Metrology”, which belongs to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Economic Development - the Main Center of the Unified Time and Reference Frequencies Service;
2) structural subdivision of the state enterprise “All-Ukrainian State Research and Production Center for Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Consumer Protection”, which belongs to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Economic Development;
3) structural subdivision of the Metrological Center of Military Standards of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of the Ministry of Defense;
4) structural subdivision of the Main Astronomical Observatory of the National Academy of Sciences;
5) structural subdivisions of enterprises, institutions and organizations that belong to the sphere of management of the State Special Communications Administration and ensure the transmission of reference signals through various communication channels;
6) structural subdivisions of enterprises, institutions and organizations belonging to the sphere of management of Derzhkomteleradio and ensuring the formation and implementation of reference signals in the programs of television and radio broadcasting of Ukraine;
7) structural subdivisions of enterprises, institutions and organizations that belong to the sphere of management of the SCA and ensure the use of satellite communication channels for transmission, reception and control of reference signals.
